How your data gets deleted

• Automatically: if you remove the Marketing AIgency app in your Meta settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and websites), Meta notifies us and we delete your stored connection and data without any further action needed from you.
• In the service: disconnecting a platform inside Marketing AIgency deletes the related access token immediately and cached advertising data within 30 days.
• By request: email christian@cbx-media.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm completion within 30 days.
