Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Marketing AIgency, a service of CBX Media LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("CBX"). By creating an account or connecting an advertising platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Marketing AIgency provides AI-assisted monitoring and management of advertising accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok) that you connect via OAuth. Depending on your configuration, the service surfaces recommendations for your approval or executes routine optimizations within limits you define. You remain the owner and controller of your ad accounts at all times.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you are authorized to connect and manage the ad accounts you link to the service.
  • You are responsible for the advertising content, budgets, and legal compliance of your campaigns on the respective platforms.
  • You will comply with the terms of the connected platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).

3. Permissions & revocation

The service acts on your accounts only through the permissions you grant during OAuth. You can revoke access at any time — in the service, or directly in the platform's security settings. Revocation stops all automation immediately.

4. No performance guarantee

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific campaign performance, cost levels, or revenue outcomes.

5. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed in your individual service agreement with CBX Media LLC. Early-access usage may be provided free of charge and can be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CBX's liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. CBX is not liable for losses arising from platform outages, API changes, or decisions you approve.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law & contact
